ORDERING

All dead buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from all other future purchases.
We will take legal actions against fraud payments. Please do not fake payment.

PRICING & PURCHASE

All the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable. FYAB does not practice any form of reservations or trades.

FYAB reserves the right to reject a purchase/customer at our own digression. FYAB also reserves the right to amend our terms and conditions at any point of time.

DELIVERY & EXCHANGE

We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage.
We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to us within 14 days after purchase. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails to returns or exchange.

For all returns, please kindly email us at fyab.enquiries@gmail.com for a copy of a return notice to be sent to you. This return notice shall be accompanied when mailing your defected/wrong item back to us via postage.

For items that are deemed defected by FYAB, we will have it exchanged for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, FYAB strictly does not entertain any forms of refunds. If returned via postage, full amount of postage will be beared by FYAB.

There is strictly no exchange or refund for items besides defected items.

IMAGE QUALITY

All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission.

FYAB also makes every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see varies, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be 100% the same as the colours of our products.
